Introducing Mr. & Mrs. Satterwhite
When Joseph and Jessica first booked their wedding with me they were knee deep in planning a big, traditional wedding. But, as many pandemic brides know, planning a wedding in the midst of COVID is no easy task. Joseph and Jessica were so excited to get married, but also wanted a big celebration with their family and friends, so they did what any smart couple would do and chose the best of both worlds. They knew they didn't want to wait any longer to become husband and wife, so they chose a modern courthouse wedding with their closest friends and family and will celebrate big with the rest of their friends and family on their first wedding anniversary! We had a few sprinkles on and off, but the rain held off for all the main events. They got ready in the cutest historic cottage AirBNB and their subtle nods to Star Wars were a fun touch. They had their first look at Ayr Mount, followed by family pictures before we headed to the courthouse for their ceremony. After Jessica's outfit change, we took a quick walk around downtown Hillsborough before they met their close family and friends for dinner at Antonia's. I loved documenting Joseph and Jessica's undeniable love for each other and cannot get over how genuinely sweet and happy they are together.
